Join Winterset Parks and Rec at the aquatic center for some fun racing! For this event, you must make a boat out of only cardboard and duct tape, no cheating! Paddle can be used to steer the boats. This event is free, but registration is required.
Ice Cream on the Hill: Marching Band Preview Show

School doesn’t start for another three weeks, but fall sports teams and activities like marching band, will head back to the hallowed halls for practices and rehearsals starting next week! And on Thursday, the Husky Marching Band will give the first preview of their fall show, The Raven, accompanied by ice cream!

On other the other hand…the end of the pool season signals the final few days of summer and ‘back to school’ is just around the corner. Either way you slice it though, seeing doggies paddling the pool is a lot of fun!
