Agent Smart is off on a bizarre new case in which he must stop the sinister organization known as KAOS from their most shameful plot. Their plan this time is to prove their power by blowing up the Statue of Liberty! This is too much, and Smart springs—perhaps we should say stumbles—into action. Magnificently assisted by beautiful Agent 99, Smart proceeds from one gigantic blunder to another—each, however, somehow turning into a master stroke!
The Winterset Stage opens their first of four performances of this classic 60s sitcom tonight. There are a few tickets available at the door tonight and for Saturday. Friday and Sunday’s performances are sold out.

Beginners Sketch Class
Saturday • October 22nd • 1:00 – 5:00pm
Winterset Art Center
If you have ever said, “I can’t even draw a straight line,” or something of the sort, this class is for you. Students will be introduced to basics: how to hold pencil, type of paper, types of lines, erasing techniques, etc. with the goal of learning how to draw what you see, not what you think you see. This class is for adults (age 18+) and the fee is $40 ($36 for WAC members).
To keep cost of the class as low as possible, materials are not being provided. Participants should bring several #2 pencils, a large newsprint pad, and are invited to bring their own drinks and snacks.

Winterset Parks & Recreation Dept.
The Winterset Parks & Recreation Youth Basketball League offers various divisions for boys and girls in grades 1-6. Games will be played on Saturdays beginning January 7th. Participants in grades 3-6 will be playing against teams from Adel, Perry, and Van Meter, so occasional travel to these towns is to be expected. Teams will be selected through a draft following a skills clinic with all participants on November 20th led by Husky coaches and players. The registration fee is $30 with the deadline being November 13th.
