Winterset Ballet’s performances of The Nutcracker Ballet is another beloved holiday tradition in Winterset. There are six performances to choose from so if you want to see a certain performer, be sure to ask them which shows they are in. The performances take place on the historic, and lovingly restored, stage at The Iowa Theater. Tickets can be purchased at THIS LINK or at the door as they are still available.

The Winter Solstice Market is a festive indoor holiday market featuring 40 talented local creators. The market takes place in two locations to be sure to allow plenty of time to visit both!
