Weekend in Winterset, November 15th – 18th, 2018

GIVING THANKS

It’s the third week of November, Thanksgiving is right around the corner and we have so many things for which to be thankful! Every time we write the “Weekend in Winterset” post, we marvel at how many opportunities we have here in Winterset and how fortunate we are to living in a community of citizens that work so diligently to provide a variety of events for entertainment and enrichment. We’re also grateful for the dozens of local businesses who support this blog so that we can provide this post to the community each week at no charge to the non-profit and civic groups whose events we feature. Here’s a special “Thank You” to a few more of our sponsors…

And, of course, there’s the Iowa Theater. They’re faithfully providing entertainment every week—classic films on Way Back Wednesday, newer films on the weekends, live musicians here and there—and providing a space for other community events like The Winterset Stage’s upcoming performance of Scrooge, the Musical.

Thank you to all of our Winterset Citizen Sponsors!
